Return Policy

At Workindor, we’re proud of our handmade picture frames, crafted with care in our garage workshop. We want you to love your purchase! This Return Policy explains how returns and exchanges work if something’s not right. Please read it before ordering, and contact us if you have questions.

1. Can You Return or Exchange?  

Satisfaction Returns: If you’re not happy with your frame, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition (no scratches, damage, or modifications).  
Custom Frames (if applicable): Since custom frames are made to your specs, we can’t accept returns unless they’re defective or damaged.
 
2. How to Request a Return  

Step 1: Email us at admin@workindor.com within the time frame above (30 days for satisfaction, 7 days for defects/damage). Include your order number, a photo of the frame (if damaged), and why you’re returning it.  
Step 2: We’ll review your request and send you return instructions, including a shipping address. Don’t send anything back until we approve the return.  
Step 3: Pack the frame securely (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it back to us. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the frame is defective or damaged.
 
3. Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect the returned frame, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.  
Refunds cover the frame’s cost, minus original shipping fees. We can’t refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent).  
For defective/damaged items, we’ll also refund your return shipping costs (up to a reasonable amount—keep your receipt).
 
4. Exchanges  

Want a different frame? Follow the return process above, and let us know what you’d like instead. If the new frame costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll refund the difference. You cover shipping for satisfaction exchanges.
 
5. What’s Not Returnable  

Frames that are damaged by you, or modified (e.g., painted or cut).  
Frames returned without approval or outside the 30-day window.  
Custom frames, unless they’re defective or damaged.
 
6. Our Commitment

Each frame is handmade, so slight variations (like wood grain or minor imperfections) are part of its charm and not considered defects. We inspect every frame before shipping, but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.
