We’re Workindor, a small, family-owned business that creates and sells handmade picture frames.
Our websites, workindor.com and workindor.store, are where you can explore and order our products.

3. Buying Frames:  

 

• Orders:

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. In rare cases, we may need to cancel or adjust an order (e.g., if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred). If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund if needed.

 

• Pricing:

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may update our prices at any time, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders.

 

• Payments:

We accept major credit/debit cards and Cash App via Stripe, along with PayPal and Venmo.
Please make sure your payment information is accurate and up to date.

 

• Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States.
We hope to expand to Canada and the EU in the future — stay tuned!

• Please provide accurate and complete information when placing an order (especially your shipping address). We’re not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.

• We’re proud of our frames and do our best to make sure they meet your expectations. That said:

• Our products are handmade and sold “as is,” so some natural variations may occur.

• Any warranties or guarantees are limited to what’s outlined in our Return Policy.

• We aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages (e.g., if a frame doesn’t match your decor or causes unexpected issues).
